Christina Norris

Christina M. M. Norris is a Yacht Executive Interior Designer and a competitor in Sailing. She operates her business, Oversee Yachts LLC, out of the United States. However, her clientele spans the globe along with her partnerships in building yachts. Her international status is so successful because she speaks five languages and is well versed in international cultural and behaviors.

Her most public and recent executive design for the interior is the 2008 Pangea, by Mercedes-Benz with the Mike Horn expedition ; the 2011 Red Pearl, finalist for the Neptune Show Boats International Design Awards and the largest 2013 M/Y launched in Brazil Raffaella II. She has designed and created up to 50 yachts in the last 20 years. Honored currently be serving as At Large Board Member for the U.S. Superyacht Association.

Christina has been sailing since she was four years old and qualified at 16 years old to be on the Brazilian team for the Olympics. Her father introduced her to the water and since then she has had many mentors that have added to her competitive edge. Her most recent title is the 2005 North American Women’s Lightning Class Championship. In 1991 she was runner up at the World Lightning Class Championship. She is a world competitor.

Christina values her family very much and has passed on the family tradition of sailing. She met her husband, Michael, when she was 18 years old and they have been sailing together ever since. Her children carry on the family tradition and both boys have been on the American Sailing Team as juniors. The family holds dual citizenships in Brazil and the USA and has an amateur Captains license.

Christina’s company Oversee Yachts is an Executive Yacht Interior Design & Full Brokerage Firm that can create or re-create yachts. She has worked in Boatyards, Interned with Feadship and has an Architecture Degree. She creates the most beautiful yachts with the skills and abilities to smoothly navigate a client in the creation of their luxurious yacht. She is by far the best in her field and a dynamic personality with great depth and insight in matters of the world and its seas, lakes and oceans.
